If you cancel up to 10 days before the training, your training fee will be returned minus a $5 administration fee. After that, no refunds will be made. You may, however, email or call The Knopf Company and substitute another person in your place.

Early Bird (through Oct. 23): $70 for MPA Members / $90 non MPA Members

After October 23: $80 for MPA members / $100 non MPA Members
